Here at Nautique Paddle Sports NZ we understand how much you rely on your paddles, kayaks and other equipment.  We are committed to ensuring that every one of our customers is completely satisfied with everything they buy from us.  If you are not happy with your choice please contact us within a week of purchase and return the goods in unused condition for a full replacement of something more appropriate.  

In the unlikely event that any goods are found to be faulty or not fit for purpose we will offer a full refund, repair or replacement.  This is inline with both the Consumer Gaurantees Act 1993 and our strong Company Values.

Our Sales Process

We stand behind everything we make and sell, so we are committed to working with our customers to ensure they are buying the most appropriate equipment for their needs. Please take the time to communicate your needs to us and let us help you to make a great choice of products.  Upon final confirmation of orders, customers will be invoiced and upon receipt of payment Nautique Paddle Sports NZ will package and send the goods to the address stated by the customer in a timely manner.
